Each piece is carefully handcrafted and hand block printed by skilled artisans. As a result, slight variations in colour, print placement, or texture may occur. We believe these subtle imperfections are part of the beauty of handmade products and make every piece uniquely yours.

                      Returning Your Order

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 21 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email support@pinkprotea.com, quoting your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and ensure it is handled as smoothly as possible.

When returning an item, we kindly ask that it is carefully folded and repacked in its original packaging to help ensure it arrives back in excellent condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care when preparing every order. However, if your item arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue.

You may choose from the following options:

  • -Replacement item (subject to availability)
  • -Store credit
  • -Full refund

For damaged or incorrect items, Pink Protea will cover all return shipping costs.

Exchanges & Returns for Change of Mind

If the item is not the right size or simply not what you had hoped for, we are happy to offer:

  • -An exchange for a different size (subject to availability)
  • -An exchange for another product
  • -Store credit
  • -A refund

In these cases, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • -Be returned within 21 days of receipt
  • -Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • -Be in original saleable condition
  • -Have all original tags attached
  • -Be returned in their original packaging where possible

Please note that all returned items are inspected upon arrival. Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the sender.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are not eligible for refunds. However, they may be returned in exchange for a store credit.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and approved, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
