Procured gray fabric send to RFD process so fabric can be ready for printing followed by dyeing and flaws check in fabric before printing. The fabric s pre-washed to remove starch, oils, or impurities and dried to ensure even printing.

Printing Process:

Block Printing :Traditional technique where designs are carved onto wooden blocks, inked, and pressed onto fabric or paper. Craftspeople align blocks carefully for consistent patterns. The process involves preparing blocks, applying dye or ink, and transferring designs by hand. It creates intricate, repetitive patterns with unique, handcrafted charm.

Screen Printing : printing on fabric involves creating a stencil (multiple screens) with the desired designs. Ink is pressed wit hands through the screen onto the fabric using a squeegee. Each color requires a separate screen. The fabric is then dried and cured to set the ink, resulting in a durable and vibrant print.

This is last leg of final production. Start with pattern making, sampling, cutting, sewing. All of our products being washed to remove all the dirt or marks during fabrication before the packing start.
